A wee bit more about our leaves!

  • Our teas are made with 100% organic herbs and leaves, minus 1 or 2 that are not found to be organic like Pau D’ Arco. However, I don’t stop searching for organic and will happily change over once I find them!
  • I love to come up with tasty blends that can be enjoyed throughout the day, while healing your body.
  • 4 oz. tea bags can make 30+ cups of tea depending on the strength you like your tea.
  • Some teas are better in smaller quantities (like our parasite blends) and can be added to your favorite teas, making them last longer yet still very effective!
  • If you are struggling with parasites it is best to drink 2-4 cups per day and back down after a week. Once you are feeling better don’t totally disregard it, drink a cup a day, slowly backing down to a few cups/week. Once the bag is gone if you are still not 100%, it may take another round! Those buggers can be mean!
  • UTI’s in women are awful. I found keeping the Cystic Sweetness on hand is perfect for times I may be on the verge of one of those pesky UTI’s. It has really helped me!
  • Heal It All tea is something I love to add a large pinch to every tea I drink, the herbs in this tea are very beneficial to overall health.
  • Organic & wildcrafted herbs & leaves are not cheap. I always choose quality over price, as the saying goes, “Pay now or pay later!”
  • I have learned the art of blending herbs and teas going through my own health crisis. I am grateful for the journey God chose for me, as it allows me to help others heal. That truly makes me a happy camper!
  • I am very open to special requests, as I know some people are unable to consume specific herbs and leaves. Please reach out if you need a special blend. I am happy to help
  • If you are struggling in your own health crisis, though I am not a doctor and cannot claim to guarantee healing, I have defiantly learned a lot on my journey, and am happy to help you find the things that can help you on your own healing journey!

How to use my leaves:

  • Simply take 1-2 tsp. (or to taste) and infuse in hot water. Allow 5+ min. to steep, add honey and enjoy!
  • Herbs can be ground into a powder and consumed, I take mine that way in water. A good benchmark is 1 tsp. 1-3x per day 30 min. before eating depending on needs. Herbs are potent & are often not needed daily or continually, but more specifically.
  • Herbs can also be made into a tincture. Pinterest has many recipes which will allow you to make your own with or without alcohol, and use daily as a way to get directly into your system for fast healing!

Homemade Non-Alcoholic Herbal Extract aka Herbal Glycerite (here)

Ingredients

  • herbs of choice single or multiple
  • non-GMO palm-derived glycerin (I prefer this to soy-derived glycerin or GMO glycerin)
  • pure water boiling
  • quart size jar or jars
  • 8- quart Instant Pot OR crockpot tall enough to fit quart size jars*
  • fine mesh strainer
  • pot or big bowl

Instructions

  1. Put herbs in quart size Mason jar to 1/3 full (for dried soft herbs) or 1/2 full (for dried hard herbs) — not packed down.
  2. Then pour a bit of boiling water over the herbs to help release nutrients (optional).
  3. Pour glycerin over all to fill the jar to just below the bands. You may have to add glycerin a bit at a time and stir with a spoon to help it soak down in. It’s so thick!
  4. Then cover the jar with a metal band and lid and screw down tightly (so nothing leaks during the cooking).
  5. Put a towel on the bottom of the pot (whichever you’re using).
  6. Put the jar(s) on top of the towel.
  7. Then fill the pot to the shoulders of the jar(s) with water.
  8. Set slow cooker or crockpot to low for 3 days. (If using the Instant Pot, the slow cooker setting only goes up to 20 hours. This is fine, just keep resetting it so that it “cooks” on low for a total of 72 hours and be sure to adjust the Slow Cook setting to Low.)
  9. Then keep an eye out that the mixture doesn’t boil or leak out over the 3 days. (Some crockpots run hot; you can turn it off at night if you fear it’s getting too hot.)
  10. Turn off crockpot or Instant Pot.
  11. Remove jar(s).
  12. The glycerin should be quite dark now from the herbs.
  13. Then put the strainer over a big bowl or pot.
  14. Dump the contents of one jar into the strainer and let the liquid drip into the pot.
  15. Pour some boiling water over the herbs to help rinse all the glycerin off. (Use as little as possible.)
  16. Then stir with a big spoon to help the herbs drip out fully, and also press the herbs with the spoon to squeeze out as much glycerin as you can. You can also use your hands and squeeze!
  17. Compost the herbs.
  18. Then pour the finished glycerite into a glass jar and cover tightly. Or you can use a funnel and separate into 2- or 4-ounce amber dropper bottles.
  19. Label.
  20. Finally, store in a cool, dark location. Even better to keep in the refrigerator.

Helping others heal is why I do what I do
